Things the club does: |
We provide emergency communications during times of disaster ( Tornados, floods, and ice storms etc.) |
Many of the club members volunteer with the Saline County chapter of the Red Cross |
The Red Cross uses the repeater to pass emergency traffic to Little Rock . |
Most club members are storm spotters. We link with the Caren Club 146.940 repeater in Little Rock during the Skywarn nets. |
This club is a non profit orginization |
We also help with public service events with various clubs such as runs. |
